It takes them at least two days to get back to you.
Overall:
I bought this product and wasn’t able to install it on my notebook or desktop PC. After many hours of frustration I returned it to the retailer. I wish I would have read all of the bad reviews and problems in the newsgroups and forums before I bought it. It appears to me that the manufacturer is having quality control problems because the chasis was on this product was warped. Whatever you do DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you like to waste your time.
