Feature:
The multi-effects could be expanded and not simply be a twisting knob. But the ease of use and fast changes are the best.

Quality:
I have played this now for a couple of hundred hours and the action is just beginning to break in. I play particuarily hard and so far so good.

Value:
It is simply the best buy for me. No screwing around with the controls and simply play...

Desirability:
The design and the action make me want to play all the time. Practice Practice practice.

Sound:
The pianos terrific and I particuarily like the percussion organ sounds! And with the ’ultimate Keys’ expansion board you can double and triple up sounds. Have only been using it in studio settings. What I like the most is it’s keyboard action. It makes one want to keep playing!

Support:
have had no experience yet! Knock on wood...

Overall:
I would replace it for sure. The only drawback I have encountered is how heavy it is.
