Feature:
All around features are good. Easy to set up into by amping or parellel set up.
Quality:
Not the best out there but I say good power at a low price. Will purchase another one soon.
Value:
2400 watts in mono bridge mode for under $300. I don’t think you can beat that. Made of very durable material.
Desirability:
Look just like every other amp out there.
Sound:
Good bang for your buck!!!
Support:
The company just gave me a few ways to get the answer to my question.
Overall:
For more years to come. I like this product. It provide a good deal of power for cheap. The only thing I notice was it did got a little warm after a long period of use but it never went out on us. Put it this way, it work very well and you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get one. I’m getting another one soon so I can expand my sound system.

Bling~needs more lights
Value:
Way cheap
Desirability:
Needs more Bling~ to standout. The crown is bigger in size, sticks out further and will drain your wallet.
Sound:
Between my Crown XL900 and my EP2500 I can not hear any sonic difference through my PA except perhaps the XL900 maybe slightly louder at uncomfortable listening levels. Also the EP2500 can be switched to parallel mode(1 in 2 outs) via DIP switch.
Support:
no so far
Overall:
End of life cycle.

Quality:
I have 8 EP-2500s and I run them wide open 5 days a week. The are in road racks and get banged around every time we pack up and move. Never a problem. I like these better than QSC and the price is unbelievable.
Value:
I still can’t believe how cheap these are. Makes you wonder how QSC and other get away with what they charge.
Desirability:
This is a strange subject??? I must "want it" I bought 8 of them.
Sound:
Clean clear power!8 Ohms - 450W / Ch. or 1300W Bridged Mono4 Ohms - 650 / Ch. or 2400W Bridged Mono

Have not had any problems with the amps but called support for advice on a complex setup I did for a show and the support team was top notch!

Feature:
Only thing I wouldnt mind is a internal crossover, but for the price they rock!!
Quality:
This amp is no joke, It is built tough as any rmx amp and just as much power. Check the damping factors and power output compared to a rmx2400. The noticable difference is the price.
Value:
One of the best values for the buck.
Desirability:
It fits in my wallet, and my PA is around 10, 000 watts, thanks to these baby’s!!!!!!!
Sound:
I use 2 of these for my sub bins. They handle the work and sound just fine. I have had no problems with them so far.
Ease of Use:
You got to set dip switches, but once you get your system set up ITS ON!! Could be a bore if you are constantly reconfiguring your PA though.
Support:
I havent had to deal with them as of yet. But I give them a 8 for not having to talk to them!!
Overall:
I will keep using behringer power till the price starts to skyrocket!!

It amplifies, what more do you want, two channels so many possibilities or just a spare.
Quality:
still gonig strong
Value:
go on find something better cheaper??
Desirability:
will get another if it dies, may get another anyway as spare
Sound:
I use this wit an Ampeg BSP preamp. It sounds huge, loads of headroom so the bass sings clearly. Lots of punch, drummer loves it as he can now hear the bass. Guitar can feel it too. CAnnot be beaten for the money.
Support:
emailed with a tech question, had reply within a day.

dip switches are just right. good ventilation system
Quality:
engineered like a German tank, and made in China
Value:
lol........ bought 2 of them for each one I would have bought from the Designer Brand Boys had they even had been available.......... The Designer Brand Boys now have comparable units at 2 and 3x the price.. I’d buy more but am maxed out on needs thanks to these.....
Desirability:
they look professional, probably since they are.......
Sound:
we use 5 of these in a rolling case for primarily outside performances. You can have 5 because they are affordable. Ours push 6 pairs of Peavey towers @ 2OHMS, 2 Behringer 18"subs @ 8ohms,& 2 Carvin and no-name cabs @4 ohms. Sound is amazing for the money spent. We set the amps at about 60% max. The quality at that level is purrrrfect. Drums, vocals, and all the instruments sound superb. Buy more than you need and run them at no more than 80% and you’ll have a system that lasts and hardly breaks a sweat.
Ease of Use:
easier than using a tv remote control...... set it and good to go.. good filters and choices...... very good connectivity choices and options...... ours are set mono - 2 for each stereo channel, and the sub channel is of course mono
Support:
good once when a combo amp transformer was running hot.......
Overall:
I would replace them with more of the same.

Feature:
lots of different settings (biamp mode, bridged mono, parallel, stereo, etc.) clip limiters high pass filter...lots of good stuff
Quality:
very solid, good metal construction, heavy
Value:
great value, nothing can really match this price for this output.
Desirability:
power amps arent too much to look at, so, I cant really say.
Sound:
pretty good sound, nothing special, you get what you pay for. somewhat bassy.
Support:
have not needed to deal with them
Overall:
pretty happy, i needed a cheap amp with lots of output, and i got it

Feature:
What more does it need? This amplifier is no frills, but it does its job and it does it well!
Quality:
No blemishes, sleek and understated. It is a very fine product, though I don’t necessarily need the rack-mount flanges since I don’t use a rack system.. nevertheless, it doesn’t bother me.
Value:
Killer! That’s what made me buy this - where else are you going to find 2400 watts for $300?! Fantastic value.
Desirability:
If you need lots of clean, inexpensive power - I’m sure you’d want this. But it’s not some piece of artistic material mastery if that’s what you’re wondering ;)
Sound:
I use this strictly as a mono amplifier for my 15" SoundSplinter RL-p subwoofer and 15" SoundSplinter RL-s subwoofer. Both perform exemplary with the massive power on tap and I have noticed no problems with sound quality.
Support:
I will give a 10 by default - since I have had zero problems and thus needed no support.
Overall:
I do not have any plans to replace this product in the foreseeable future. If I had to choose one bad thing about this product, it would be the fan noise from its cooling system. But if you play your music loud and/or you have the unit located in a discreet place, it shouldn’t be any bother.

Desirability:
for clear sound and power, i have this amp hooked up to a pair jblsf25’s and what a difference in sound, this amp rocks these speakers! if you are a dj looking good sound get one you will like it!
Sound:
very clear,no distortion lot of power

This Thing Rocks ! I’m pushing a old pair of Peavey T-300 colums with it and they get loud and clear. Tunes come from a 300 disc CD changer. thru a sonic maximizer and a duel 31 band eq...All this is mounted in the side door of a RV..except the T-300’s...At Talladega this past spring the cops said its got to go down some or we’ll have to impound it for the weekend...LOL....Just adda a pair of SP 2G Peaveys ..Look out Dega...Lets see if we can " Git er Done " this spring.....
Support:
Havent had to have any support yet.

Feature:
I like it’s simplicity--would be nice to have a lighted meter as opposed to a single amber indicator light per channel, but with use, you know when you are pushing it.
Quality:
It’s tough--heavy steel frame. I have played it at open air city festivals while a drive a tri-amped system. I have 4 EP2500’s all for 4 subs (Peavey SP218 BWX’s), one EP2500 for my 4 Peavey SP1-G’s (mid 15 inch black widow’s) & a EP1500 for the 4 Peavey 44XT compression drivers. Lots of watts--9600 for the subs, 2500 for the mids and 1500 for the high end compression drivers. This has been done in 90+ degree heat. NO THERMO breakdown--ever! No shut downs, etc.
Value:
Best value on the market--thanks to chinese slave labor. I have owned these since they first came out--they simply work week after week.
Desirability:
Ok looking, but who cares except other snobbish musicians? Certainly my customers for whom I play haven’t a clue as to what they are anyway.
Sound:
Comparible to more expensive poweramps--Peavey, Crown, etc. Bridged for a 4 ohm load for my Peavey SP218 BWX’s, 1 power amp per cabinet--lots of thunderous thump!
Support:
Never had any need to call them
Overall:
I am expanding my business and purchase more as the need designates.

Quality:
Very solid. Takes a beating of being in an amplifier rack in a very active mobile DJ system
Value:
The best bang for the buck
Sound:
Overall sound quality nearly equals most higher priced amplifiers
Overall:
This amplifier is working hard being the backup amp in my main system. On occassion, it is used as a primary amp driving 2 dual 15" Madison speakers with no loss of sound quality. Low end hits just as hard as my main Crest CA series amp

Feature:
Just Raw Power. Easy to configure to your needs.
Quality:
Very well built. No excuses.
Value:
You just can’t beat the value. I could have spent a whole lot more on amplifiers, and almost did. I don’t regret buying a pair of these bad boys.
Desirability:
That much clean juice for less than 300 bucks? That alone is dead sexy!
Sound:
I bought 2 of these to power my folded horn home theatre subs. I run them in bridged mode, and they really pack a huge punch. The sound is excellent, or at least I couldn’t imagine it being any better. These things rattle my room like you wouldn’t believe. Guests are always in awe. I think my neighbors hate me, and they aren’t very close.
Ease of Use:
Couldn’t get any simpler.
Support:
No need for support as of yet.
Overall:
Overall.... a 10 for sure. You just can’t pick these things apart for what they sell em’ for! If you are on the fence and thinking about buying one, or more of these... Do it.

Quality:
seems very strong and reliable so far. no complaints.
Value:
excellent power to dollar ratio....
Desirability:
it’s a nice piece of equipment... good, simple design, easy to look at.
Sound:
clean and powerful...strong sound.
Ease of Use:
plug it in...turn it on...crank the volume (not too much!) Start at 10:00 position, and work your way up.

haven’t had to use support yet... just download info from behringer.com...

I hope to have this amp for along time, without any problems. buy one now!

I love the dip switches, it makes it easy to set the amp up for gigs at the shop.
Quality:
I have had no problems with it since I opened it. I was using it in a portable system for about 3 months before I put it in a permanent installation. It was banged around (usually a problem for Behringer) and still worked fine every time.
Value:
The great thing about this amp, is that if it does break, it will be cheaper to buy a new one, rather than get the old one fixed. Finally an amp that sounds great, but won’t break the bank.
Sound:
Great Clean sound, I had an amplifier in my mains rack die, and I put this in as back up. I am currently keeping it in my mains rack. Great Sound for the money!
Ease of Use:
I plugged it in and it sounded great, I haven’t had any issues with it. I do wish it powered down quicker.
Support:
I have not had to use Behringer’s tech support.
Overall:
I am going to be buying more of the Behringer EP series. I can replace the amps on this campus for much less than I originally thought. I’m thinking of buying an EP1500 to run my subs (in bridge mode). I’ve heard this amp with EV and JBL speakers and both sound great. I’m really happy with this purchase.

this amp looks solid..im probably gettn me bout 20 more b4 the price goes up
Sound:
this product is hands down the best for the price...
Ease of Use:
connect the speakers...crank it up...simple as that
Overall:
these amps have put me through ALOT of gigs... they havent failed me once... i once pushed 3,000 watts and i went through without burning it out

Feature:
I can’t complain about the features, what more could your want on a pro audio amp? The only thing I could see them adding is 1/4’’ outputs, but honestly who uses them? SPEAKON ALL THE WAY!
Quality:
Great quality, built like a tank but it is heavey, I have 2 in a rack and it is a back-breaker but I don’t see it breaking anytime soon!
Value:
For $300-$350 and you get all the features, quality, and power of Crown, Peavey, and QSC amps why not go for a BEHRINGER!
Sound:
Sounds as good as Crown amplifiers I’ve heard in the past. These things will perform well IF USED THE RIGHT WAY!
Ease of Use:
PLUG AND PLAY!
Support:
Haven’t had to deal w/ them.....no glitches in the product.
Overall:
I’d have to give it a 9.5 overall....the only issue some people might find w/ this amp is that it is pretty heavy...also if you drive it into clip then the recovery time is slow....but anyone who continuously drives it into clip needs a higher power amp!

She can run however you want her to great for hooking up two subs to a home a/v system.
Quality:
I crank this baby til the mirror in the bathroom is shaking and she is still barely warm.
Value:
definetally the best dollar per watt out there.
Desirability:
Black matches every other component I have.
Sound:
Excellent sound quality. This amp produces tight low bass very well great on the depth charges on U-571. Sounds great on movies and music. The best watt per dollar out there. Great for R&B, country, hip hop, rap, and rock. I am using a pre-amp, receiver, cd player, and a PS2. I own four jensen 1500’s,a sony center channel, and this amp totally finished my system powering my power acoustik 15" sub which runs at 2 ohms. Excellent product will purchess more.
Ease of Use:
Extreemly easy to install and intergrate into your system.
Support:
Haven’t needed any yet
Overall:
I will buy more

Good connections, XLR, speak-on, banana, etc.
Quality:
heavy case, durable amp--I like it.
Value:
best value on the market for full range, mids and highs. Just not as good for the subs--It’s good to a point for subs.
Desirability:
The amp is ok looking, but who cares about looks? My customers do not come up to me and say: "great looking amps Steve."
Sound:
very good sound. I use it for my tri-amped P.A. system. I use it for mids and subs Peavey tops and bottoms
Ease of Use:
It’s easy to use. I am disappointed, however, that it seems to lack the head room I expected to get. The red LED’s, indicating it has reached its limit and is starting to clip happens sooner under the same conditions than its cousin, the QSC RMX 2450. They look essentially the same, same power ratings--2400 watts at 2 ohms (1200 watts x 2). However, the EP2500 has less headroom than the RMX 2450. The RMX 2450 can produce more amplified power to your speakers before the red LED’s light up. Still, for the money, the EP2500 is bullet-proof. It works without stopping--in 100 degree heat--I know from experience. Overall, a very good amplifier, which I just do not recommend for the subs. The QSC is a better amp for that.
Support:
I have had no reason to call them.
Overall:
I expect these amps will last a life time. I use them every weekend for my gigs and they are very dependable.

Quality:
dropped it once before putting it in its rack, picked it up and there wasn’t one scratch plugged it on and in my opinion it sounded better (im not saying its a good idea to drop it though)
Value:
awsome value i will buy many more
Desirability:
r u seriously asking the what is the sex appeal of a power amp? well its an amp what more can i say.
Sound:
crystal clear sound y pay more for the same thing but a different brand
Ease of Use:
plug it in raise or lover the gain as you wish and your done
